Just got home from Day 21 of my 30 Day Yoga challenge. I think so far it has been my favorite day. Yay!
I am still sore in the weirdest places, but I am less tired and I am getting my energy back.
I finally feel I am making progress and getting deeper and better in poses. I was able to hold Crow for a little bit before I dived my head into the floor. Oh well, at least I tried :P
